Well situated hotel in the new town area, a little bit of a trek to the "core" sights of old Metz, but attractively placed in the new imperial quarter which has plenty of charm of its own, not to mention some great restaurant and cafe options. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, and the price was right. Be sure to park in the Indigo parking across from the train station since they have a deal.

I loved how close it was to the station. We stayed for two nights, spent one day in Metz and another day in Luxembourg. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, we were allowed to leave our luggage with them after check out for a few hours as we walk around the city. The location is definitely the best! We’re really thankful for the staff, I didn’t get everyone’s name but the guy who checked us in (I think his name was Vincent) was really nice and helpful, he explained the city map to us multiple times and pointed us to tourist attractions.

Very nice team at the reception, treated me with coffee while I was waiting for my room. Nice, clean and rather big room as compared to single rooms in French hotels. It was a bit cold in the room for me, but that's the temperature regulations in France. Location is very good, at walking distance from main attractions. Will definitely be staying again if I'm back to Metz.

The double bed for two people was large and comfortable. I appreciated that the room and kitchen were cleaned daily. The TV in the room was large and had a very good selection of channels including Netflix and YouTube. The most appreciated thing for train travelers, as we were this time, was the positioning of the hotel right across the road from the majestic "Gare de Metz ville", without this leading to sound discomfort. Dealing with the front desk staff was extremely pleasant and the breakfast was wonderful!

Location is very good, 3 minutes away from train station and 15 minutes away from old town. There is also a taxi station in front of the hotel and the zone seems ok, there is nothing dangerous or strange going on, you can walk even in the evening. Room is a little small but bed is very big and extremely comfortable, everything was also very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

The site was very good the view nice the rooms clean smile nice but only the rooms were a little small apart from that is excellent breakfast was good next to the train station and centre town clean place good odour is really nice will come again visiting

Very comfy, modern room with air conditioning and a big bed, a well as new bathroom and toilet. Good insulation. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station for travel, and the centre of town is 10-15 mins away by foot. The breakfast is worth getting, there's a generous selection of breads, pastries, pancakes, ham cheese, eggs, yoghurt and fruit.

The hotel is ideally located close to the train station and within walking distance of everything. It is easy to park either on the street or in a nearby underground parking (the hotel has a discount for the parking). The neighbourhood is calm. The room was big, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff was nice. The hotel has excellent value for money.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very good. You can walk to different places which makes the discovery of this city a lot of fun.
